Finding your social drafts and posts

Every post I draft for you is saved in one place, so you can find it again after you close the chat. It's called Social.

Opening it

There are two ways in:

  • Open the Apps menu and choose Social.
  • On your Dashboard, tap Open Social on the Social card. If I have drafts waiting for you, it opens already showing just those, so you can get straight to them. Otherwise it opens on everything.

If you don't see Social in the menu, social posting isn't switched on for your business yet. I'll let you know when it is.

What you'll see

Your newest posts are at the top. Each one shows the channel, what kind of post it is, the date, and whether it's a Draft, Posted, or Skipped. Long posts are cut short, so tap Show full post to read the rest. Posts carrying a picture show it too.

Above the list are two rows of buttons that narrow it down:

  • Channels — All, then LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit. A channel with nothing yet still shows, and picking it tells you so.
  • Status — All, or Drafts waiting, which shows every draft that hasn't been posted or skipped. Drafts older than two weeks are marked as older, but they're still here.

The two rows work together, so you can look at just your LinkedIn drafts, for example. Tap Show all to clear both. Ten posts show at a time, with buttons to move between pages. If you have a lot of posts, I show your latest 200 and say so at the bottom.

What you can do with a draft

  • Copy & open copies the post and opens the channel in a new tab, ready for you to paste. If your browser won't let me copy, I show the full post right there so you can select it yourself. If it blocks the new tab, I show an Open link instead. Either way, nothing else is held up.
  • I posted it tells me you shared it. This is how I keep count of what you've posted. I can't see your accounts, so I only know what you tell me.
  • Skip is for a draft you don't want. It stays in your list marked as skipped.

Nothing is ever posted for you from this page. Copy & open only copies the words and opens the channel. After that, it's up to you.

Asking me to show them

You can also just ask me in chat: "Show me what I posted", "What drafts do I have?", or "Pull up that LinkedIn draft." I'll show your newest few, and you can name a channel to narrow it down. I can't search by date, so "last week" gets you the newest ones. Drafts you never posted show up too, and I only call something posted when you told me it went out. Over email or text I'll point you to Social instead of listing posts.

If something doesn't work

  • "I couldn't load your posts." Tap Try again.
  • "Showing what I last loaded." I couldn't refresh just now, so you're seeing the last list I had. Tap Refresh to try again.
  • "I couldn't save that. Try again." Your tap on I posted it or Skip didn't go through. The buttons are back, so just tap again.
  • "Saved. Refreshing…" Your change went through and I'm updating the list. Give it a moment.
