Velo Prime™ Help

What is Velo Prime™?

Velo Prime™ is your AI co-founder. It's built to take you from "I have an idea" to "I earned my first dollar" — through conversation, a library of ready-to-use business apps, and the ability to build custom software for your business on demand.

Your co-founder, not a chatbot

The chat you're talking to right now isn't a support bot bolted onto a dashboard — it's your co-founder. You describe what you're trying to do, and it does the work with you: naming your business, shaping your offer, writing your website copy, setting up how you get paid, and figuring out what to do next. It remembers where you left off and picks up the conversation from there.

Alongside the chat, your co-founder is also working in the background on its own — registering your business, publishing your website, checking whether your next step is ready to move forward. It won't spend money or take an action with real consequences without asking you first, but plenty of the groundwork happens without you needing to drive every step by hand. Whenever it's about to do something that needs your OK, it'll ask, right here in chat.

What it actually does for you

  • Gets your business set up. Your co-founder helps you land on a name and a clear description of what you offer, and gets the legal and administrative basics moving.
  • Builds and hosts your website. You don't need a web host, a domain-name headache, or design skills — describe what you want on your site, and your co-founder builds it and keeps it live.
  • Gets you paid. Every business gets its own built-in way to accept customer payments, so you can start selling without wiring up a separate payment processor yourself.
  • Runs your business inbox. Customers can already reach you at a ready-made business email address, and your co-founder can read and reply to what comes in.
  • Helps you find customers. From organic search and content to outreach emails to your own list, your co-founder helps you get in front of the people who'd want what you're selling.
  • Builds custom software when the built-in tools aren't enough. If your business needs something more specific — a booking form, an inventory tracker, a customer portal — you can ask your co-founder to build it, and it'll build, test, and ship a working app for your business.

How the conversation works

Just talk to it like you would a real co-founder. There's no special syntax and no menu of commands to learn — ask a question, describe what you want changed, or just say what's on your mind about the business. If it doesn't have a tool to do something yet, it'll tell you plainly rather than pretend it did it.

If you ever ask something the AI co-founder genuinely doesn't have an answer for — a specific question about how a feature works that isn't covered here — it'll say so honestly and offer to loop in the ZenBusiness team directly, rather than guess.

Where to see progress

Your co-founder panel (alongside the chat) has cards for the parts of your business I'm running (Inbox, Payments, Domain and so on) and a Progress section showing what's done, what's in progress, and what's coming up next in your business's journey — you don't have to ask "what's the status?" to find out, though you're always welcome to. For a play-by-play of what I've done, see "Reading your Activity log".

Any line in Progress that has work behind it can be opened up: tap it and it expands to show the individual pieces that make it up, in plain language, each marked finished, in progress, or still ahead. So when "Web presence" reads as finished, you can see exactly what that covered — filling in your business details, building your website, publishing it, and sharing the live address with you — instead of taking a checkmark on faith. Lines stay closed by default, so the panel keeps its quick-glance read until you want the detail.

Who's behind it

Velo Prime™ is built by ZenBusiness. If you ever want a real person — not just your AI co-founder — you can always ask to talk to the ZenBusiness team and get connected.
