Your free trial

Every business on the platform starts with a free trial — no separate sign-up and no waiting period. It begins the moment you finish creating your account.

How long it lasts

Your trial runs seven days from when you signed up, and no card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged unless you decide to carry on.

You don't have to keep track of it yourself — ask me "how much time is left on my trial?" any time and I'll tell you exactly where you stand.

What's included

Nothing is held back. You get the same co-founder during the trial as on a paid plan: chat, your website, your payments account, your business email, and any apps you install all work fully from day one.

There's no watered-down "trial mode" and no feature that only unlocks when you pay. The trial is time to try the real thing, not a preview of it.

What happens when it ends

You'll hear from me before it runs out, and nothing about your business is deleted if it does. The full picture — the heads-up you get, what pauses, and how to pick straight back up — is in "Your plan, trial, and billing".

Moving to a paid plan early

You don't have to wait for the trial to run out. Ask me for your upgrade link any time, or go to Settings → Billing.

Upgrading early doesn't cut your trial short and doesn't change anything about what you already have — your website, your business details, and your history all carry straight over.
