Finding your website's address

Your website's address (its URL) is shown on your Dashboard once it's live, and your co-founder can always give it to you directly in chat — just ask "what's my website address?" or "give me my site link."

What the address looks like

Your site lives at a web address built from your business, on our platform's domain — not a generic placeholder and not a guess. Your co-founder always reads the real, live address rather than making one up, so if you ever get an address that looks off, ask again in chat and it'll double-check.

Using your own domain

If you already own a domain, you can connect it at Settings → Domain so your site answers at yourbusiness.com instead of the platform address — tick Website (and Email too, if you want). See Connecting a domain you already own. Buying a new domain through us isn't available yet. Your platform address keeps working the whole time, so there's no gap.

Your free address stays the same, even if you rename your business. For a different address, connect a domain of your own.

Sharing your site

Once your site is live, that address is exactly what you hand out — post it on social media, put it in your email signature, text it to a referral, anything. It's a real, working link the moment your co-founder tells you your site is live.

If your site isn't live yet

If your business is still being set up, your co-founder will tell you plainly that the site isn't live yet rather than handing you a link that doesn't work. Once the first build finishes and passes its checks, it publishes automatically and you'll get the real address.
