Questions your co-founder redirects
Your co-founder can help you run and grow your business, but a few topics genuinely need a licensed professional, and it will say so plainly rather than take a guess:
- Legal advice — contracts, disputes, employment law, or entity structure beyond a general explainer. It'll point you toward ZenBusiness's legal services or a licensed attorney.
- Financial advice — specific investment choices or tax-strategy recommendations. It'll point you toward ZenBusiness's bookkeeping or tax services, or a licensed CPA or financial advisor.
- Tax filing specifics — actually filing or taking a position on a return. Same redirect: ZenBusiness's tax services or a licensed tax preparer.
- Medical advice — it'll point you to a licensed healthcare professional.
- What powers your co-founder — which AI model or company is behind it, or where it's hosted. It'll answer plainly that it doesn't discuss what's under the hood, and steer the conversation back to your business.
- The internal tools it uses — the exact names or technical details of how it does things behind the scenes. It'll happily tell you WHAT it can help with (checking your builds, sending a payment link, and so on) in plain language, just not the internal mechanics.
Why the line is drawn there
These are areas where a wrong answer can have real, lasting consequences, and where a licensed professional carries responsibility an AI assistant can't. Redirecting isn't your co-founder ducking the question — it's making sure you get an answer you can actually rely on.
Everything else is fair game
Naming your business, writing your website copy, figuring out your pricing, planning your next move — none of that needs a redirect. That's the everyday work your co-founder is built for.
