Who can see my business information?
To do the work, I pass what’s needed to the services behind the product — the AI provider that powers me, the payment processor that handles your sales, and the providers that send and receive your email — and each of them gets only what its job requires. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative account of what’s collected and how it’s handled; the answer lives there rather than here.
Where are your terms and privacy policy?
Right here. They’re also at the bottom of the About page and on the sign-in screen, so you can always find them without asking.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes. Ask me and I’ll connect you with the ZenBusiness team. I’ll offer it myself if you ask me something I genuinely don’t have an answer for — I’d rather hand you to someone who knows than guess.
