What's on your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the first thing you see, and it's built to answer "what's my co-founder doing, and what do I need to know?" at a glance.

What you'll find there

  • What I'm working on right now — your co-founder's current focus, front and center.
  • Your business, front and center — one bar with your business name. Once your website is live, its address shows up here with a "Live" badge and a link to visit it; once your business email is ready, it shows up here too with a one-click way to copy it. Your Business Identity is always open for you to revisit, since it's a living profile rather than a one-time task (see "Your Business Identity profile").
  • Your roadmap to your first dollar — every milestone on the way from idea to your first sale, always laid out in order: what's done, what I'm on right now, and what's still ahead. If a step ever needs something specific from you — verifying your email address, say — you'll see exactly what and a way to do it right there, not buried somewhere else.
  • In motion — everything below that lives together in one quiet section: the ongoing and already-settled work your co-founder is keeping track of.
    • Approval History — a record of everything you've approved, skipped, or that didn't go through, so you can look back.
    • Auto-approved actions — any standing rules you've set so a low-risk action doesn't ask every time (see "How approvals work" for what "waiting on you" and auto-approve mean, and where to act on them). Only shows up once you've set at least one rule.

The co-founder panel (the Activity tab on a phone) also has a Domain card. It tells you one thing: whether a domain is set up for your site. "Not connected" has a button to Settings → Domain, and "Configured" shows the domain you gave me. Configured means I have it on record, not that it is working yet, so check Settings → Domain to see whether your site is answering at that address.

Below it is a Social card. Until social posting is ready for your business it says "Coming soon". After that it shows how many post drafts are waiting from the last 14 days, and how many posts you've marked as posted this month. Marked means you told me you posted it, so a post you shared without telling me isn't counted. If you've posted before but not in the last two weeks, I'll add a short reminder to keep going. Tap Open Social on the card to see your drafts and posts; if drafts are waiting, it opens on just those.

Once I'm emailing businesses you haven't met yet on your behalf, an Outreach card appears last. It shows how many of those emails have actually gone out, and how many drafts are waiting for you to look over. When drafts are waiting, Review drafts takes you to them on your Dashboard. If you don't see the card, that kind of outreach isn't running for your business yet, so there's nothing to show. It doesn't track replies: when someone writes back, their reply lands in your inbox like any other email.

Most of these cards also offer a Try saying suggestion you can tap to start something in chat, like "Connect my domain", "Draft me a social post", or "Find me prospects". The Payments and Inbox cards do too. The words land in the chat box for you to edit and send, and nothing goes out until you send it. I only show one where I can actually help, so a card that says "Coming soon" has none.

If something genuinely needs your decision, it shows up separately as "Waiting on you" — never buried inside the "In motion" section. When that happens, the "In motion" section also tells you: it shows how many things are waiting and points you to where they are — the co-founder panel on a wide screen, your Activity tab on a phone.

Finding your other apps

Every app you've added shows up as a tab across the top of the screen, next to your business name. If you have more apps than fit in one row, the row scrolls left and right so you can reach any of them. Once you've added enough apps that some no longer fit, an "All apps" button shows up right next to the row, listing whichever apps are currently scrolled out of view — so nothing's ever out of reach, no matter how many you've added.

It updates on its own

You don't need to refresh — the Dashboard updates live as your co-founder finishes work, so what you see is always current.

Where to go from here

Dashboard is for a quick read on status. For anything you want done — a website change, a new payment link, a question about your business — head to chat and just ask.
